Financial Manager (Chicago)

• Coordinate and oversee P&L reporting for assigned business groups

• Review financial performance, overhead costs and operational metrics with leadership

• Prepare executive financial narratives and reporting packages

• Develop annual business plans and forecasting initiatives

• Lead training and development efforts for accounting and project teams

• Mentor staff and support professional growth across the organization

• Serve as the accounting liaison for claims-related activities

• Conduct project site visits to ensure compliance and financial accuracy

• Represent the organization during owner meetings and major project discussions

• Design analytical reports and dashboards to support business decisions

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 5-7 years of accounting, finance or Financial Manager experience preferred

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• CMiC experience preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Strategic problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

• Ability to travel up to 50%
