Front Desk Attendant
National Star Services is a well-established facility management company with 27 years of experience, providing a wide range of services nationwide. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our team at our client’s location in Palatine, IL 60067
Responsibilities include:
- Work at the front desk as the primary point of contact
- Monitor CCTV systems from the front desk area
- Observe surroundings and report any unusual activity or incidents
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages (may include light to moderate lifting)
- Maintain general vigilance to ensure safety and order
- Work closely with team members, security, and management as needed
- Complete daily reports related to packages, activities, and incidents
Working Schedule:
- Saturday - Sunday
- 1st Shift: 8 AM – 8:00 PM
Starting Hourly Pay Rate:
- $16.00 per hour
- (Biweekly pay)
Requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Background check and drug test will be conducted.
- Available to start working as soon as possible.
