AB Staffing Solutions is hiring licensed Paraprofessionals to support students in local schools for the 25/26 school year.

Quick Details:

• Full-time: 37.5–40 hours/week
• Contract follows the school district calendar
• Placement matched to your experience and preference
• Supportive recruiting team throughout the assignment

What You’ll Do:

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups
• Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom routines
• Help implement behavior and support plans
• Observe and document student progress
• Prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom
• Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed

Requirements (Must Have):

• Illinois Paraprofessional License (ELS – Paraprofessional)
• Experience with preschool or school-aged children
• Special education experience preferred
• Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a classroom setting
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs infrequently)
