Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast-growing organization looking to expand its customer support team. This onsite position is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and can think quickly in a high-volume environment. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with people, this could be the role for you!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs
Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working onsite, Monday through Friday
Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or customer service tools
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Work Model: Onsite
- Compensation: $17.25/hr with potential for uncapped commission
- Benefits: LaSalle Network contractors have the option to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
