DOCUMENT PROCESSOR -ON SITE

Our client is a leading global financial services firm and one of the largest banking institutions in the United States, with operations worldwide. We are currently recruiting for Document Processors (Mail Clerk) and Data Entry Clerks to work in a fast pace production environment, offering competitive pay rates in Elgin, IL. **To be considered you will need to be able to pass a background check and credit check.**

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• 2nd: Mon - Fri 3:30pm-12am- $22/HR
• 3rd: Sun - Thurs 10:30pm-7am- $23/HR
• Weekend 1: Fri-Mon 5:00am-3:30pm - $22/HR
• Weekend 2: Sat-Tues 5:00am-3:30pm - $22/HR

Responsibilities Include:

Document Processing Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for accurately processing physical documents
• Opening, sorting, and organizing mail and verifying contents
• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of documents - preparing documents for processing/scanning
• Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor
• Filing and organizing documents for future reference
• Being comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Lifting bins of up to 20-50lbs

Job Types: Full time (Potential for reduced hours), Temporary
