Performs clinical nutrition therapy, outpatient diet education, and community education. The Clinical Dietitian/educator is under direct supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition.

Master’s degree in nutrition or health education required. State license to provide MNT billed service

Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics/CDR

Licensed Dietitian in the State of Illinois

IDPH Food Service Safety Certification or Food Handler’s Training and Certification

CMS provider number
