Communications Specialist
- Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and manage company-wide announcements, newsletters, talking points, presentations, and campaign updates.
- Executive Support: Collaborate with ELT members to support speech writing, executive messaging, and high-visibility communications.
- Content Development: Write compelling copy for a variety of formats, including emails, intranet articles, reports, social media, scripts, and video captions.
- Project Management: Coordinate communication timelines, approval processes, and distribution for key initiatives.
- Crisis & Change Communication: Support messaging for organizational changes, special projects, and time-sensitive announcements.
- Brand Voice: Ensure all communications maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Measurement: Track engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
- Proven experience in communications, journalism, PR, or a related field (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent writing and editing skills - you know how to keep things clear, human, and engaging
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and handling confidential information
- Proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar platforms (a plus)
