Luxury Travel Specialist - WFH
About the Role
As a Luxury Travel Specialist, you will assist clients in organizing and managing their travel arrangements from start to finish, with a focus on high-end, bespoke experiences. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each clients itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their specific luxury needs. Youll work closely with both clients and premium travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to luxury trip planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and high-end requirements.
- Coordinate flight, luxury accommodation, and private transportation bookings.
- Maintain accurate client profiles, detailed itineraries, and payment details.
- Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with complex scheduling and premium logistics.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes or specialized requests.
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the entire luxury travel process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, online booking tools).
