In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting directly to the Indirect Procurement Manager, you as a **Sourcing Manager** will be responsible for leading procurement activities within Capex and MRO categories of Indirect Procurement across all Industrial Business Unit facilities in North America, with the three largest facilities located in Piedras Negras and Matamoros. Key responsibilities include sourcing, cost reduction, supplier management, savings project management, managing internal stakeholders, and procurement reporting. You will be accountable for proposing and achieving annual supply base improvement targets. This position will require travel within North America (mostly to Piedras Negras and Matamoros).You will also develop and execute annual cost reduction plans, implementing cost models and working with engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery of savings projects. In addition, you will ensure accurate reporting of procurement KPIs and consistent compliance with the Mexico Indirect Procurement Policy.# # **About the Job:*** Lead sourcing and procurement activities for Capex and MRO categories across IBU facilities in North America.* Work with internal stakeholders to implement sourcing projects, consolidate supplier base, and negotiate improved pricing.* Manage suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.* Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans and savings initiatives.* Collaborate with engineering and plant teams to implement cost-saving projects.* Conduct regular supplier business reviews and support supply chain risk mitigation.* Ensure accurate reporting of procurement KPIs and adherence to internal procurement policies.* Travel as required within North America (primarily to Piedras Negras and Matamoros).* Location: Preferably Piedras Negras, Matamoros, or Remote, On-site / Presential.# # **About You:*** Bachelor’s degree required.* 5–7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with strong knowledge of suppliers in northern Mexico.* Expertise in Capex and/or MRO procurement desired.* Deep procurement experience and strong analytical skills.* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.* Ability to drive cost reduction initiatives and develop strategic sourcing solutions.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
