Carrie Joos Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representatives to support our team. We provide Auto, Home, Business and Life insurance to help protect our clients and their assets.

• Must possess the ability multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Have a Property/Casualty and Life/Health license(or obtain in the first 60 days)
• Be trustworthy, dependable, and ethical.

• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Be motivated and determined.
• Must enjoy helping people.

As a Service Representative you will:

• Work closely with our Producers to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our clients
• As a CSR, your responsibilities will include answering billing questions, assisting with claims, updating client files and coverage
• You will review, and update policies
• Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and general correspondence
• Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, process payments and monitor accounts receivable

• Over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
• Desire to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses.
• Currently possess a property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses or be able to obtain within 60 days.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent Organizational Skills a MUST
• Must be willing to work in a high energy environment
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to constantly learn and grow as an individual
