Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Peoria, Illinois 61636
• Healthcare Setting: Clinic (Unit: 7C Med Resp)
• Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Start Date: September 2, 2025
• End Date: November 29, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: Nights, 7:00pm – 7:30am
• Hours per Week: 36 (3x12 hour shifts)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,090–$2,140 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a clinic or medical respiratory unit
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and patient care skills

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinic setting using the nursing process
• Perform all clinical duties and responsibilities as required by the 7C Med Resp unit
• Implement nursing procedures and best practices in accordance with Illinois healthcare standards
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all nursing care and patient interactions
• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Modify care plans based on ongoing patient evaluation and clinical judgment
• Promote patient and staff safety by identifying and addressing safety hazards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing professional development and competency training
