- Coach teams during games , ensuring all players receive fair playing time
- Referee youth games when needed
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
- Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported
- Communicate positively with players and parents
- Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs
- Experience playing soccer (recreational, school, or club level)
- Positive, energetic personality
- Comfortable leading groups of kids
- Ability to coach, encourage, and manage a team
- Reliable and able to commit to the full season (6 weeks)
- Weekend availability required
- Former high school or college soccer players
- College students studying education, sports, or kinesiology
- Coaches looking to gain experience
- Anyone passionate about soccer and working with kids
