SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Batcher/Blender for our client’s chemical manufacturing plant in Lake Forest, IL The Batcher/Blender is responsible for mixing chemicals to produce bulk materials for packaging production to the specifications of the batch card in a timely and safe manner.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include M-F 6am-2:30pm.
Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Batcher/Blender

• Verify written Manufacturing Formula Record and work orders.
• Ensure inventory availability prior to batching.
• Lead and Interpret raw materials on batch sheet.
• Verify and stage raw materials to appropriate area.
• Document all processing steps in the batch records.
• Adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and OSHA Guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the batching room, which includes mopping, washing utensils used in batching.

Preferred Qualifications of the Batcher/Blender

• At least 2 years of recent experience in blending.
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders and batching instructions.
• General math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
