UKG Payroll & HR Transformation Consultant
Key Details
- Compensation: $65-70/hour
- Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance available for consultants
- Location: Fully Remote (working within Central Time)
- Work Model: Remote | 25–30 hours/week
This is a unique opportunity for a UKG Payroll & HR Transformation Consultant who excels at building structure, influencing leadership and driving meaningful transformation quickly. What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end payroll and HR transformation strategy
- Establish best practices for HR and Finance ownership models
- Support UKG system consolidation and integrations
- Analyze current-state processes and implement scalable solutions
- Develop a detailed 90-day roadmap with clear milestones
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership
- Drive change management and stakeholder alignment
- Extensive experience with UKG systems
- Background in transformation, integration or operating model design
- Strong consulting mindset with autonomous execution ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience within multi-entity organizations
- Premium contract rate ($65-70/hour)
- Remote flexibility with part-time hours
