Accounting Assistant

In this role, you’ll help manage the moving parts of trust accounting, everything from escrow agreements to real estate closings, while working with a close-knit in their West Palm Beach office. Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Track and record complex trust transactions with accuracy and speed

• Reconcile daily activity for multiple bank accounts

• Process outgoing trust payments and incoming deposits

• Help with accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries

• Pitch in on accounting projects that support the trust and finance teams

Accounting Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience (bonus points for professional services background)

• Detail fanatic with great time management and follow-through

• Strong grasp of trust and real estate/escrow accounting processes

• Clear communicator and problem solver who plays well with others

• Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
