Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Specialist, Central Location: Chicago, IL; Reports to: Sr Manager, Regional Marketing - Enterprise

Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to lead the execution of our regional marketing programs and revenue growth initiatives supporting the Enterprise central region sales organization at Okta. This role is essential to achieving our ambitious revenue goals by executing impactful marketing strategies and demand generation programs that drive regional pipeline growth. As part of the Americas Field Marketing team, you will report to the Sr Manager, Regional Marketing for the Enterprise. This role will work closely with the sales organization and collaborate within the broader marketing organizations (Digital, Integrated, Product, Global Campaigns, Marketing Operations) to ensure strategic alignment and achieve business outcomes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and Execute Regional Marketing Programs : Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aligned to the Americas and Enterprise GTM Strategy that generate a robust pipeline of new and upsell business to support regional sales and product goals.
• Lead Cross-Functional Marketing Alignment : Act as the “quarterback” for all marketing activities supporting the regional sales team, coordinating efforts with product, digital, content, Account Based Marketing as well as event marketing teams to deliver cohesive programs.
• Consultative Partner to Regional Sales : Build and maintain a trusted, consultative relationship with regional sales leaders, account executives and sales development representatives, providing strategic marketing insights, tools, and resources to help achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze and Report on Regional Performance : Conduct in-depth, data-driven evaluations of regional performance, delivering insights during forecast and pipeline review calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Manage Budget and Vendor Relationships : Oversee program budget allocation and vendor management, ensuring efficient investment in marketing programs with a strong program cost-to-pipeline return.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partners : Work closely with partner organizations to design joint initiatives, leveraging partner strengths to enhance marketing programs and maximize pipeline impact.
• Provide Regular Performance Feedback and Reporting : Track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing programs, continuously optimizing strategies based on ROI and sales feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of regional or field marketing experience within a B2B enterprise environment
• Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing preferred
• Travel required: up to 30%
• Experience with Marketing Tools/Technologies (Saleforce, Tableau, Splash, Asana, Marketo, 6Sense)
• This is a remote position.

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable) and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington is between: $107,000—$161,000 USD
