We have an excellent opportunity available for a Hospital Clinical Pharmacist to join an Award-winning hospital facility located in the state of Illinois. This is a day shift schedule.Interested candidates should have their bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD.Inpatient Hospital experience is desired.

Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:

• Reviews orders/prescriptions for clarity
• Provides concise, accurate, relevant, and timely drug information to physicians, nurses, other health care professionals, patients, and families
• Initiates and documents clinical interventions
• Assists in the training of new staff members and the continued training of other staff members.
• Pharmacists may be assigned responsibilities in special function areas of the department, including (but not limited to) home infusion, critical care, manufacturing, and ambulatory care.
