A K-12 school in Naperville, IL is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support students within the educational setting for the uping school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs to foster student success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to support students social and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive and inclusive learning environments.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and referrals to munity resources as needed.
• Monitor student progress and municate regularly with school staff and parents.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops focused on topics such as bullying prevention, mental health awareness, and coping skills.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker with experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of K-12 educational environments and related social service practices.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with munity resources and mental health services.
