Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew to efficiently maintain landscapes for various businesses and residences
- Perform and oversee tasks such as shrub trimming, seasonal mulching, clean-ups, weed control, and trash pickup
- Identify common landscape ornamentals and trees to ensure proper care and maintenance
- Maintain a steady work pace and achieve daily productivity goals
- Keep work vehicles tidy and organized to ensure safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (required for driving work vehicle between job sites)
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good organizational skills
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $20 to $24 per hour . Overtime is available each week, especially during the growing season, with a minimum of 40 hours per week expected.
