About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring for a global manufacturing company within the healthcare industry. The leadership team is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to support ongoing projects, HR support and daily office operations.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of responsibilities, including front desk operations, scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and support for onboarding processes. This individual will work closely with leadership and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors while managing the reception area.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Schedule meetings, prepare conference rooms, and arrange catering or supplies.
- Process and track expense reports in Concur.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 verification and HRIS updates.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership with calendars and scheduling.
- Assist with office projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative experience with scheduling, travel, and expense management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Concur preferred.
- High school diploma required.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.
Additional Details:
- Contract position with potential long term hire.
- Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
