Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Performance Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in extracting insights from complex datasets, visualizing data through compelling reports, and supporting human-performance initiatives. This position will play a critical role in designing and delivering actionable insights through data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to human performance and operational metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Teamworks AMS, or similar data visualization tools to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use Python and/or R for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation of analysis findings.
• Maintain and optimize database queries and tools to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Work with data from wearable technology and physiological sensors, integrating it into existing analytical frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics or data science roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Teamworks AMS for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical report writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with database tools such as SQL, Azure, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or experience in human-performance analytics (e.g., sports science, health data, physiology).
• Experience with wearable technology (e.g., Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit) and associated data formats.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and cloud services.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
