Mimi’s on Lincoln is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in our busy breakfast and lunch café.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organization, timeliness, inventory management, and team training experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $23 per hour plus tips

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience (required)
• Experience managing inventory and food ordering
• Experience training and supervising kitchen staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Advanced knife skills
• Ability to lead service calmly and efficiently
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Train, mentor, and schedule line cooks
• Ensure organization, timeliness, and high standards
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead by example during service
• Develop and execute creative specials
