Mimi’s on Lincoln is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in our busy breakfast and lunch café.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organization, timeliness, inventory management, and team training experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $23 per hour plus tips

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience (required)
- Experience managing inventory and food ordering
- Experience training and supervising kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knife skills
- Ability to lead service calmly and efficiently
- Flexible schedule availability
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Train, mentor, and schedule line cooks
- Ensure organization, timeliness, and high standards
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead by example during service
- Develop and execute creative specials
