Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service with every interaction.
- Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso, smoothies, and specialty drinks to Scooter's Coffee standards.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized front counter.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Keep the store stocked, clean, and ready for each shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.
Skills
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
- Cash handling and basic math skills.
- Previous coffee, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
