Business systems analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to lead requirements gathering and process optimization for enterprise systems. This role involves translating complex business needs into technical solutions, collaborating across departments, and driving successful project delivery in Agile.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in a senior Business Systems Analyst role

Expertise in ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems and business process modeling tools

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in documentation standards (Use Cases, User Stories, UML) and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Preferred certification: CBAP or equivalent null
