We're looking for a Strong, experienced and passionate INTERIM DON (Potential for Perm) for a "Top Notch" Organization with THE Best, well-respected Leaders of the utmost integrity... for their facility in Rockford, IL area. One of THE Best long standing organizations in the LTC industry.

This Interim DON position requires immediate availability, is a 2-3 month project, requires an active Illinois DON license in good standing, and a minimum of 2-3 yrs of DON experience in SNF with proven successful results, especially in Leadership, systems and operations management, regulatory compliance and readiness, and focus on team/community growth.

THIS is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished DON in Illinois. We're seeking a seasoned DON with a "Winning" mindset, who's a challenge driven leader, has a passion for LTC for a client facility that has excellent Senior Leadership who've done an impressive turnaround...has an awesome core team, and Now needs to move to the next level. The ideal candidate will have experience in turnaround, excellent clinical systems/operations management skills, quality care outcomes...especially, focus on team/facility growth knowing- "Leaders create culture. Required Experience:

• 2-3 yr.s experience

• Must be a licensed RN in Illinois

Degree:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Health Care Management or similar degree
