Compensation: $24–26 per hour (based on experience, skill set, and contract terms)

LaSalle Network is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a growing company in Glenview, IL ! As the newest member of their finance team, you’ll help maintain strong client relationships and ensure the company’s cash flow stays on track. What’s the job?
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you’ll play a key role in managing the company’s accounts receivable processes from start to finish:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable (AR) , including payment posting, reconciliation, and record keeping

• Review aging reports and drive timely collection of outstanding invoices

• Partner with internal sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues

• Research and process short payments, deductions, and adjustments

• Conduct credit checks and assist in evaluating customer credit risk

• Support reporting and month-end close activities

What’s needed?
To succeed as an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you should bring:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B accounts receivable or collections experience

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups preferred) and experience with ERP systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

• A collaborative, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
