A full-time School-Based Physical Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 academic institution in Naperville, IL. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments of students physical abilities and mobility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance student participation and independence

• Provide ongoing documentation and progress reports in pliance with educational and healthcare standards
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional insights

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials to practice in Illinois
• Experience in both healthcare and school-based physical therapy settings preferred
