About the role
We are partnering with a major European industrial organization to help resolve complex structural inefficiencies and reorganize their regional decision rights. As a Junior Research Analyst, you will support this engagement by gathering organizational data, verifying operational facts, and preparing clear written summaries for leadership. What you will do

• Conduct basic organizational research to map client reporting lines, helping to pinpoint exactly where decision rights are bottlenecked.
• Analyze internal documents, policy papers, and meeting minutes to identify patterns of organizational friction.
• Draft clear, objective summaries of structural findings, presenting evidence-backed conclusions for our consulting teams.
• Help maintain and organize project databases, ensuring all collected evidence is cataloged with absolute precision.
• Coordinate closely with senior associates to prepare reports for client leadership teams and works councils.
• Review client business systems and operational data to help structural consultants clarify accountability issues.
