Functions/Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, the Combo Operator will have the ability to perform several job functions in the facility.

Job duties

Ability to cross-train in multiple classifications and fulfill responsibilities based on department and plant needs. Required classifications are the following:

• Special Batch Mixer/Filler
• Batch Mixer/Filler Blending
• Batch Mixer/Filler UV
• Pumper
• Certified Tub Washer
• Forklift

Ability to monitor and record indicators to ensure correct operations (pressure readings, temperature readings, agitator speeds, etc)

Other duties as assigned.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Basic computer skills (Tablet / HMI / Scanners / Labels)
• Basic math skills
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and comprehension)
• Train on and complete three (3) OJTs for all required job clarifications within nine (9) months
• Maintain status and certifications in each classification.
• High School Diploma or GED

Special Aptitude

• Ability to multi-task and perform various job duties.
• Ability to communicate with Supervision.
• Follow all work and safety procedures.
