Cleaning and Packing Crew Member
Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning and Packing Crew Member at our facility located in Lincolnwood, IL, 60712! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are packed and cleaned efficiently. You'll work with our team to meet production shipping goals. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of parts and belts.
- Assist in packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing materials and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in cleaning or packing roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
