Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year A bit about us: Opportunity to join a family run and operated General Contractor who genuinely cares about their employees and clients. Vision Insurance Job Details Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals.
6. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
8. Proficient in project management software.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
