Bids Management Intern (Summer 2026)

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and analytical expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside motivated and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in coordinating and developing proposals that help Alstom deliver cutting-edge solutions to its customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Sales, Finance, and Engineering), analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions, and support the development of financial models, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the project proposal system for Services, but also support corporate communications related to market trends and proposals.
We’ll look to you for:
Coordinating proposal activities to ensure timely completion and submission to customers
Developing and creating comprehensive proposals
Maintaining the project proposal system for Services
Analyzing market data and trends to provide actionable insights
Assisting in reviewing and developing financial models
Supporting corporate communications related to market trends and proposals
Contributing to special projects as needed

Two-year degree or progress toward a four-year degree in finance, engineering, accounting, business, management, or a similar field
Experience or understanding of proposal coordination and development
Knowledge of market analysis and trend evaluation

Attention to detail and organizational skills
An adaptable and proactive mindset
