Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
• Set up and break down bar stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with event captains, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining strong product knowledge across spirits, wine, and beer
• Supporting service efficiency during high-volume periods
• Upholding standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar readiness

What we are looking for:

• Previous bartending experience in restaurants, catering, or events required
• Strong foundation in classic cocktails, technique, and service standards
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Illinois BASSET certification required (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
• Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces
• Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
