Overview:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods (8+ hours), and comfortably lift heavy items (often up to 50–75 lbs) in cold environments (typically 40&degree;F).
Meat Packer: Focuses heavily on operational speed, accuracy in fulfilling orders, and adhering to strict labeling protocols.

Skills and Experience:

Required Experience

• Cold Environments: Proven history working in refrigerated spaces (35&degree;F–40&degree;F).
• Physical Labor: Experience standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-Paced Production: Background meeting hourly packing in assembly lines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Working knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and HACCP rules.
• Safety Protocol: Demonstrated track record of zero-accident workplace safety.
