- Assist customers over the phone with travel planning and trip coordination
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding traveler needs and preferences
- Sell and promote travel experiences using a consultative, relationship-based approach
- Confidently answer questions while delivering top-tier customer service
- Accurately manage bookings and travel details within internal systems
- Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, travel options and services
- Create a positive, memorable customer experience on every call
- Strong selling skills with the ability to naturally connect with customers
- Comfort holding unscripted, engaging phone conversations
- Interest in travel or previous experience booking personal travel
- Strong listening, multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- $41,000–$46,000 base salary + uncapped commission
