Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our private dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, experienced, and motivated Treatment Coordinators to join our growing team.

This role is essential to helping patients feel confident about their care by guiding them through treatment options, scheduling, and making financial arrangements in a clear and supportive way.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every patient understands their treatment plan and feels comfortable moving forward with the care they need. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and helping people take control of their health, this could be a great fit for you.

You’ll work closely with our doctors and team members to create a positive experience from consultation to completed treatment.

The activities of this position include:

• Guiding patients through treatment plans and answer questions clearly and compassionately
• Scheduling consultations and treatment appointments efficiently
• Helping patients understand financial options and assist with financing arrangements
• Coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team
• Providing an exceptional patient experience that encourages trust and treatment acceptance

Requirements

- Dental Treatment Coordinator experience

- Billingual - English/Spanish is a MUST

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to explain complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.

- Team player with a strong desire to help others.
