The Maintenance Technician ensures the efficient, reliable operation of high-speed processing and packaging equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and maintaining production machinery to minimize downtime while upholding food safety and quality standards .

• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain production and processing machinery, including:

  • Hydraulic & pneumatic systems

  • Robotics, motors, pumps, conveyors, and cooking equipment

• Diagnose malfunctioning components and resolve mechanical and electrical issues .

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and manufacturer manuals .

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs .

• Accurately complete maintenance records, work orders, and task documentation .

• Follow Lockout Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety.

• Support setup, startup, adjustments, shutdowns, and changeovers to meet production goals.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of control systems.

• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (mechanical & electrical).

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals .

• Manufacturing or food production experience strongly preferred.
