Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for an Accountant!

Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive.

Job profile

· Manage accounts payable process by timely and accurately processing invoices with appropriate approvals

· Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements

· Process invoices and send to customer with shipping documentation

· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information for month-end close

· Prepare asset, liability, and capital account journal entries by compiling and analyzing accounts

· Maintain financial security by following internal controls

· Provide financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

· Support annual external audit, including preparation of documents and reporting to auditors’ questions and requests

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or finance

· At least 5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance

· Time management and dealine-oriented

· Experience with financial reporting requirements

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Excel
