Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

ResponsibilitiesAs an entry level insurance sales agent, you will utilize our award-winning company training and systems to:
- Offer solutions to clients insurance and financial services needs
- Earn $4,000 graduation bonus and a $5,000 agency opening sign-on bonus in the first year
- Paid training with a top agent and Presidents Council district team
- Licensing Requirement: Obtain or possess your General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses within 30 days of hire
- Sales-Driven Focus: Thrive in a commission-based role with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals, leveraging a proactive sales approach.
- Resilience & Positivity: Maintain confidence, perseverance, and optimism, pushing forward toward goals despite challenges or obstacles.
- Multitasking Mastery: Navigate a fast-paced environment with ease, handling multiple priorities while staying organized and efficient.
