The Dog Stop ® Bucktown is in need of another enthusiastic groomer in search of a brand new , clean , and well run Salon to accomodate their book of business.

We currently have 3 separated DuraDog electric X-tables for dedicated and seasoned groomers who don't want to run the business and overhead of their own shop, taking advantage of the captive audience from our Daycare, Boarding, and Retail business.

The Dog Stop has additional staff at the ready to keep the "less profitable" work off of our Groomers' table. This includes full time employees that can handle washes, nail trims and other simple services, allowing you to focus on the most profitable portions of the business, Full Service Grooms/ Haircuts.

Grooming is offered seven days a week, and this Groomer / Pet Pro Stylist would create their own schedule, based on their income needs.

We offer the standard market commission on all grooming services, as well as discounts on all store products and services.

Dutіеs Inсlude

• Full Nose-to-Tail Makeovers (this includes bath, nail trims, and full body cuts) for all breeds
• Full Service Groom / Full Service Bath / etc
• Customer relations – develop relationships with clientele and their dogs. You should be able to explain to customers the best cut/grooming option for each dog.
• Managing busy grooming schedules and communicating progress to receptionists and clients.
• Maintaining a clean grooming room
• Upkeep grooming tools (a given if you're a pro)
• Organize and update client profiles (helps juggle the details for less frequent clients)
• At least 3 years of grooming experience with a wide variety of sizes and breeds of dogs
