Warehouse Clerk

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This hands-on position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Wrap finished goods and accurately record inventory transfers.
• Load finished products onto company delivery trucks.
• Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Perform weight counts and process receiving documentation.
• Utilize barcode scanning equipment for inventory tracking.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor packaging supply inventory and notify management of shortages.
• Prepare finished goods for transfer to off-site warehouse facilities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Follow security procedures at dock doors and shipping areas.
• Communicate effectively with all departments, drivers, and shipping personnel.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong math and counting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience using warehouse equipment is preferred, including:

• Electronic scales
• Barcode scanners
• Forklifts and pallet-moving equipment
• Banding equipment
• Computers and calculators

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
• Ability to access and work throughout all warehouse departments.
