True Solutions is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who excels in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing web applications across the entire tech stack.

As our Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead development efforts, architect clean and robust systems, and contribute your expertise to elevate our applications and mentor teammates. You'll help drive innovation and quality in projects that reach millions of users and push forward the evolution of our internal tools and customer-facing platforms.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full stack or web application developer

• Demonstrated leadership in full lifecycle application development — from architecture through deployment and support

• Ability to lead technical decisions, influence best practices, and mentor less-experienced developers

• Comfortable writing production-level code and performing code reviews in a collaborative environment

• Ability to respond to critical system issues, including occasional after-hours support

• Clear, concise, and respectful communication with both technical and non-technical team members

• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques

Technical Experience

• Fluent in both front-end and back-end development with an emphasis on clean architecture and reusable components

• Deep experience with PHP, MySQL, and modern JavaScript

• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and MVC frameworks

• Experience managing and deploying infrastructure in AWS environments

• High proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows

• Comfortable with building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Front-end proficiency in React (preferred), with familiarity in Angular or Vue also valued

• Additional tools and skills that are a plus:

a. AJAX, JSON, jQuery

b. Linux CLI and shell scripting

c. CI/CD pipelines

d. Experience with Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECS, etc.)

Fluent in:

Compensation

• Comp: $85-90K Based on Experience and Qualifications
