Service Support Assistant
Position Summary
The Service Support Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by providing attentive client service and maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of all salon and spa areas. This position ensures that clients feel welcome and cared for throughout their visit by offering refreshments, assisting with amenities, and maintaining a serene, well-stocked environment. As a collaborative member of the Tricoci team, this role contributes to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding client service throughout the salon and spa.
Essential Functions
Responsible for providing high standard customer service at Tricoci Salon & Spa.
Provide support and guidance to clients during their time in the salon/spa
Offer beverages as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas including spa waiting rooms, spa quiet rooms, locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, changing areas, and nail areas.
Ensure locker rooms and vanities are fully stocked with robes, wraps, sandals, towels, and Tricoci amenities.
Sanitize showers and steam areas, dry walls, doors, and clean drains regularly.
Support daily laundry operations: wash, dry, fold, and replenish all linens, robes, and towels.
Maintain beverage stations: restock glassware, refill coffee, tea, and water service.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures; ensure compliance with Tricoci cleanliness and brand standards.
Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships if necessary.
Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
