HR Generalist
LaSalle Network is partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing organization to identify a Bilingual Recruiter to join their HR team. As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiting professional who thrives in high-volume hiring and is passionate about delivering a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hourly employees.
This fully onsite role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, approachable, and comfortable being on the production floor connecting with candidates, new hires, and operations leadership daily. You’ll be the face of the hiring process and play a key role in helping the company meet its production staffing needs each week.
Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for 2–3 new hourly manufacturing employees per week across various departments
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for qualified candidates
Post and maintain job openings on ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and internal systems
Facilitate and lead weekly new hire orientations, including safety training, company policies, compliance, and floor-readiness
Prepare and deliver onboarding materials, manage new hire documentation, and ensure all paperwork is completed before start dates
Partner closely with HR and operations leadership to coordinate hiring needs and staffing levels
Build rapport with candidates and new hires, ensuring a positive candidate and onboarding experience
Support occasional HR administrative tasks related to hiring and employee files as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required; 60% of the workforce is Spanish-speaking)
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume hourly hiring
Confident communicator, comfortable leading orientations and onboarding sessions
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
Personable, upbeat, and able to build trust with candidates, employees, and leadership alike
Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with hourly teams daily
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (fully onsite)
Interview Process: Zoom interview with HR leadership, followed by onsite interview and assessment
Parking: Available onsite
