JobDescription:
Theideal candidate will Ownthe businessdevelopmentinitiativesthat includes Expanding the TRINITE footprintat existing clients and acquisition of new clients and enhancingbusinessopportunities for the company. With a focus on results, they will possessstrong communication skills and the ability to think critically when planning.Additionally, they will have a proven track record ofsuccessfullyachieving sales targets and executing business developmentstrategies. Thepositionwill report to the Managing Director
Responsibilities
Fosterand maintainexisting business relationships to expand the Trinitefootprint and gain additional business primarily in the areas of Staffing andBusiness Process Outsourcing
Identifynew opportunities in new areas as well as areas where Trinite is already doingbusiness at existing clients
Buildand nurture new relationships to drive business growth and support companyexpansion
ManageProfit and Loss of each contract and at client level
IdentityPotential new clients / logos and opportunities when possible
Managebusiness stakeholder relationship.
Qualifications
Collegedegree or equivalent
3to 5 years of relevant business development experience inB2B
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Demonstratedexpertise in developing and executing successfulbusinessdevelopmentstrategies
Resultorientedwith a strong focus on goals
