Experienced Line Cook Ready to Step Up Considered
Step-up candidates will be considered toward the entry range.
Experienced Sous Chefs with proven service leadership, prep systems, ordering, and team training will be considered toward the higher range.

The Role
Lead Service
Support Prep, Ordering, Inventory, and Food Cost
Train and Support Cooks
Maintain Clean, Disciplined Kitchen Systems
Provide Input on Specials and Seasonal Menu Items
Work Closely with Owner and Executive Chef
This is a hands-on leadership role in a serious kitchen with high standards.
