As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of care for patients in critical conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychosocial status using age-specific data
- Perform ongoing assessments and document findings, including observations, physical examinations, and test results
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Assist other staff in delivering patient care as needed
- Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes
- Work every other weekend
- Hold an active Illinois RN license
- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Have at least 2 years of ICU experience
