As a Global Benefits & Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role partnering with our Global Benefits & Compensation manager in designing, analyzing, and administering benefits and compensation programs across multiple regions. You’ll collaborate closely with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of our global workforce. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with global brokers and vendors to administer and optimize benefits programs across the US, Mexico, UK, Spain, India, Australia, and Japan.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to support benchmarking, cost modeling, and strategic planning.
- Lead global benefits renewals, audits, and compliance reviews in collaboration with external partners.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and job classifications that are aligned with current market data.
- Support global mobility and expatriate benefits planning.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements to ensure high-quality delivery and issue resolution.
- Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications, including policy updates, intranet content, and employee education materials.
- Collaborate with HRIS and Finance teams on data integrity, billing reconciliation, and reporting.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure global compliance with evolving benefits and compensation laws.
- Provide consultative support to HR business partners and regional HR teams on compensation and benefits matters.
- Oversee global leave of absence programs, including parental leave, medical leave, and statutory entitlements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in global benefits and compensation, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proven experience working with brokers and managing international benefits programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
- Familiarity with global compliance requirements across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, culturally aware, and committed to data integrity and confidentiality.

- Location: 2 Pierce Place, Suite 900, Itasca, IL 60143
- Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. is required, as Accertify will not pursue Visa sponsorship for this position.
- The base salary range for this position is $50-65K, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
