Skills and Experience:

The Role: Metal Fabrication & Welding

We are looking for an expert capable of handling projects from initial blueprint to final assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform multi-pass welding (MIG, TIG, and/or Stick) on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, maintaining high aesthetic and structural standards.

• Fabricate and Fit: Accurately measure, cut, shape, and fit materials and structural components according to detailed blueprints and engineering specifications.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols (AWS/ASME) to ensure project conformity.

• Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate shop tools, including shears, press brakes, ironworkers, drills, and grinders.

• Quality Control: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on finished welds and assemblies to guarantee quality and adherence to strict project tolerances.

• Maintain and operate the new automated welding cells and equipment.
