Our client is seeking a highly organized and client-focused IT Project Manager to join our Project Services team. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of MSP projects—including new client onboarding, cloud transitions, and infrastructure-related updates—while coordinating closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys managing many moving parts, leading client communication, and keeping projects tightly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements for new MSP clients, including environment assessment, scheduling, and coordination with engineers
• Manage 8–15+ concurrent technical projects with varying complexity
• Host kickoff calls, weekly check-ins, and steering meetings with clients
• Build project timelines, track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues
• Coordinate technical tasks across cloud, email, endpoint, and light networking workstreams
• Maintain detailed project notes, tickets, documentation, and status reports
• Partner with internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Track and maintain client expectations through consistent communication

Requirements

• 2-4 years of IT Project Management experience
• Strong MSP or multi-client environment background
• Demonstrated experience managing client onboarding or transition projects
• Excellent communication, writing, and meeting facilitation skills
